My wife and I have known Diana Lopez for quite a while and in all that time we didn't know and understand her wealth of knowledge and experience in buying and selling homes until we asked Diana for her help in selling our home. Immediately, Diana hit the ground running helping us to get our property ready to be listed out on the market and kept us in the know at each stage of the process. But, that's not all, there's a lot more. Diana has good reputable vendors that she is in contact with from electrical work making sure the work is up-to code and at current required standards, moving/donating furniture, even Pest Control. If you need other vendor services for your property prior to selling, check with Diana. I didn't even talk about the required documents and paperwork. Diana excels with required documents when buying/selling property, wow, what you don't know about friends until you see them in their work environment.
