Diana was a great help to me selling my condo in Madison, WI. She made great suggestions of how to best present the property for sale, and had reliable service vendors to give my place a little polish (painters, handymen, home stagers, etc). The proof is in the pudding: my place sold within four days of being listed for sale, at full asking. The process could not have been easier or smoother. I highly recommend Diana if you are looking to buy or sell in the Madison area, especially in the condo market. I did not rate her on negotiation skills because no negotiation was required -- I got the offer I wanted immediately!
