We worked with Diana for years, first on leasing our rental property (Single Family Home in Wheaton, IL) and later on, selling it. We initially wanted to sell the property, but we also didn't want to take a huge loss on the place, either. With Diana's sage advice, we were able to bide some time and rent the property for a couple of years, and then when the market was right, we listed the place and got an offer very quickly and less than 2% of our asking price. We've bought and sold many properties throughout the years, and I can say unequivocally that Diana is the best around and will be using her for all our futures real estate transactions.
