I was very reluctant to sell my house because, in my mind, I had so much work to do to get it ready that it seemed insurmountable. Diana came in and set us up with a plan and we were able to knock everything out in a day and a half. Then, we got an offer the same day it was listed! She also found our dream house and aggressively fought for us. She was able to get us into our new home even though we had a contingency to sell the old house in our offer. And in this market, that seemed like an impossible feat. If I ever move again I will absolutely be asking Diana for help!
