Diana was the first agent I’d ever used for buying my first home and she made the process very easy. She was there every step of the way and was prompt to answer every question I had and would let me know exactly what to expect. Of course it was a no-brainer to use her again when I sold that house and bought another. Now I’m in the process of selling that one with her! As a traveling contractor, I can’t be there to sign and with a simple Power of Attorney, I 100% trust that she has my best interest at heart, and I watched her expertly coordinate contractors through her extensive network to accomplish all repairs needed before the closing date.
