Due to her due diligence and expertise we listed our house at the appropriate price, had seven offers within three days, and accepted an offer which was over 10% over asking with a 30 day close. We couldn't have asked for anything more. In terms of our buy, we were in daily communication about booking houses, the second they popped up we were trying to see them.
