Diana was an absolute delight to work with. Yes she had all the details down that were helpful to us as first-time homebuyers, yes she was friendly and personable as you would expect any broker to be. But the one quality that rose above all the rest and I would say is the most important quality of all...is trust. It would be fair to say my wife and I developed an instant rapport with Diana as she is of course very charming and likeable (as salespeople often are), but that would never have been possible if that relationship were not imbued with trust. I really can't thank Diana enough for all her help and efforts in guiding my wife and I during our house-hunting process and getting us in to our new dream house.
