From my first phone conversation, Diana's knowledge of the current real estate market impressed me! Covid-19 had just arrived in the United States and because I do not live in Florida, I had to implicitly trust my realtor! Diana hired a wonderful photographer, decorated my condo and hosted several very successful, well attended open houses! As the Corona Virus strengthened, Diana initiated new out-of-state and Florida marketing tools to sell my property......she never let the virus hold her down! As a great communicator, we often talked five times weekly! She called me with updates on the Florida real estate market and after every showing, keeping me apprised about even small details. I accepted an offer in June and closed in August! Diana saw to it that the closing went smoothly and on time. Since I was not comfortable traveling during the Corona Virus outbreaks, Diana arranged for all my personal belongings to be packed and shipped to me! Her vast real estate knowledge, attention to detail, good negotiating skills and personal commitment makes her invaluable in buying or selling your property!
