Diamond helped us find a duplex in Oakland. In this seller's market, we as buyers faced some big challenges - especially prices! - plus the fact that we lived in another state and could only visit the East Bay every couple of months. When we were in town, Diamond cleared his schedule to show us suitable duplexes. He knew the area remarkably well, and he quickly figured out what kind of houses we like. When we were discouraged about the shortage of affordable houses and the crazy gap between list prices and selling prices, he stayed positive. His negotiating skills paid off for us, too.
