This was at the high point of real estate market and houses were selling for well over asking price and some buyers weren’t even seeing the house in person before. Dhaval did a great job of helping us down select to the Town of Longmeadow and then to accompany for the walk-thrus of most of our candidate homes, often pointing out observations about the home and community and “walkability” to key Longmeadow sites such as schools and parks. While it was an intense and occasionally stressful process, we ended up with a house we love in a location we love.
