Dharmesh Parikh helped us buy a home in Eastvale CA. We were initially interested in homes in Hollywood but Dharmesh persuaded us that Eastvale was a better choice. We are first-time home buyers so Dharmesh helped us at every stage of the home buying process. We found him very knowledgeable, thorough (constantly keeping in touch with the seller's agent and the escrow to make sure everything is going smoothly), diligent (constantly sending us updates and reminders), helpful (going above and beyond what a normal agent would do, including some work at midnight), friendly, and honest. We were apprehensive about smooth-talking but sleazy real estate agents, but Dharmesh turned out to be exactly the opposite - he is solid, thorough, hard working, perhaps a little under-stated, and certainly very scrupulously honest.
