Dhanendra did an OUTSTANDING job. He took ownership of the project and stayed with it until there was closure and a positive outcome. I gave him the keys to the home after the tenants vacated. He assessed what needed to be done before the home was put on sale. He then found all the contractors to do any upgrades and even the landscaping. He worked on the staging, the owner inspections etc. He did a detailed comp and listed the home. The home sold on the first day of the Open House. My wife and I visited the home only once after all maintenance and staging was done. There was complete transparency on the costs and likely price of the home sale leading to a great trust bridge.
