Lol When my dad passed last year, Dexter listed his home and it sold very quickly for a great price above asking. We are going to use him again when we sell our home one day and buy another. Dexter went to the home and gave his opinion. I felt I could trust his judgement. I also had a friend look it over. Long story short, I made an offer and the process was on. Dexter arranged for the inspection, gave advice on how to proceed. Did some negotiating for me. Gave me information that saved me many dollars. Established the closing company. Provided a "walk through" video via the internet. The closing was virtual. Dexter obtained the keys and held them until my arrival and then delivered them to me. He went the extra mile and allowed me to feel comfortable prior to my view of the property at the inspection. I am comfortable in my new home. Dexter is a professional and a person I would now call a friend.
