As buyers from out of state we need DeWayne to preview a property we found on line which he did. This property did not work for us and after several conversations DeWayne arrange for us to see some properties that better fit our needs. He arranged for short notice walk through for us. Since closing he has arranged to meet with us to insure proper filing for property tax to make sure we get all the benefits seniors are entitled to.
