Having to try to purchase, let alone look for a residence from afar is a daunting task. Working with Devuyo was a positive experience. Devuyo listened to all our requests (pet peeves) in a home that we were looking for and he was able to find us a home that we truly love. Devuyo took time to work with us in person as well as long distance to find us the right home for our move.
The amount of effort and time Devuyo put into walking me through the process is unbelievable. From the first day we started looking, he spent their entire evening walking me through the “big picture.” From there on out, he was always available to provide me with the information that I needed every decision that I made, small or big, mattered to them. Not only did I feel like I had all the information I needed to make those decisions, but I also felt like I was in good hands. Especially because, as a first-time buyer, I didn’t know all of the questions I should be asking (or do’s and don’ts) and he would proactively provide this information, which made me feel like I was walking through this process with eyes wide open. From an expectations perspective, I don’t know how Devuyo does it – and to the fault of everyone else I worked with – he set my expectations really high and not unrealistically high because he would meet them.
