I have a background in residential appraisal which helps me in consistently getting the most value for my clients in selling their properties as well as not over spending when purchasing their home. \nPrior to coming on with Coldwell Banker my wife and I had our own real estate office franchise in which we worked for corporate clientele in the real estate own (REO) sector which consisted of evaluating, managing and rehabilitating foreclosed properties for Countrywide, Fannie Mae, MGIC, and various others. \nI am also a veteran of the Air Force and a retired Fire Lieutenant of 30 years from the city of Detroit Fire Department proudly serving the citizens of Detroit. \nNow with Keller Williams I am able to utilize their various resources which helps in making me ever more effective in my profession for they invest in their agents the state of the art technologies, marketing and training. Attentive and professional!

Devon did an amazing job of helping us with our first time home buying experience! He was very good at listening to our needs and landed us in a perfect home to fit our needs and our budget. He was always very flexible and easy to work with which is especially important to us, having erratic work schedules!!!

Recently, our family had the privilege of working with Mr. Devon White, as we sold our estate property in Detroit, Michigan. We did not have family members in the Detroit area.
