I would so highly recommend Devon to anyone looking for a realtor! Being first-time homeowners, we had some friends recommend Devon to us. He is incredibly friendly, prompt in his responses, and flexible beyond belief. My husband both wanted to be part of the home buying process, which meant that we could only speak after office hours; Devon was always available in the evenings and weekends for us: So thoughtful and friendly! The only fault we found was that being first time homeowners, there was a huge learning curve for us in regards to processes and vocabulary. Devon gave us information in large chunks that made it somewhat difficult to process and think of what questions we had. Other than that, we enjoyed working with him!
