I can't say enough good things about Devin and how much she helped me through the process of selling my house. This ended up being a much more complicated sale than I expected, especially once the appraisal came back with a list of repairs that had to be completed. Devin went far beyond what I would ever expect from a realtor. She didn't just make phone calls and handle paperwork—she actually showed up and helped. She helped with painting, stayed late into the night, and she and her husband even helped cut and install the graspable handrails required for the porch. When I was dealing with a tight timeline and one unexpected issue after another, she was right there trying to get everything across the finish line. She was also consistently available whenever I had questions or concerns and helped me navigate the appraisal, repairs, buyer, and all the little problems that came up along the way. Selling a house is stressful enough under normal circumstances, and I was also preparing to move overseas at the same time.
