As a single woman going through nursing school, I truly did not believe homeownership was possible for me especially doing it on my own. I was terrified of the process, scared of the responsibility, and honestly convinced I probably wouldn’t even qualify. Devin never once made me feel judged, pressured, or discouraged. Instead, he continuously reminded me that yes, I absolutely could do this. What stood out most to me throughout this entire experience was that it never felt like he was focused on “making a sale.” It genuinely felt like he cared about helping me invest in my future and guiding me toward something that aligned with my goals and the life I want to build for myself. He took so much time answering questions, walking me through every step, showing me homes, and helping calm my fears during moments where I felt overwhelmed. Devin has such a calm and reassuring presence, and that meant more to me than I can even explain during a process this emotional and stressful. He made me feel at peace when my mind was spiraling, and he truly helped me believe I was capable of this. I am beyond grateful that I reached out to him. Not only did he help me find a beautiful brand-new home, but he also helped me realize that this dream was possible for me too.
