Devin helped the reviewer sell this property

Excellent experience with Devin McNelly

Devin was referred by a local Real-estate agent as someone who was knowledgeable in the area we wanted to sell our cabin. After meeting with her and her husband we were very comfortable signing with them because of their knowledge of the local market and persona. We are very happy we signed with them. They were knew the area, communicated appropriately, gave advice when asked, worked well with the buyers agent, and help deal with a difficult buyer. I highly recommend Devin and will be using her again in 2-3 years on another sale. Mike
