Devin was extremely helpful and courteous. I heard an ad of his months ago on a podcast (Locked on Jazz) and it had stuck itself into my head. This process all starts 3 months ago when I got a new job that would move me from Michigan to Utah. I had begun working with a different realtor that was referred by my immediate family in the area. I pulled back from my memory from my favorite sports teams’ podcast and thought to reach out to Devin. Devin immediately was helpful and while we were still in Michigan he would visit homes and facetime us to get a better visual of the layouts, floor plans, and overall condition of the homes. He offered thoughtful advice and great insights into the neighborhoods we looked at. After him looking at many different homes we finally landed in our perfect house. Working with Devin was a wonderful experience. He would pick us up from our home on the same day that we found a house that we wanted to see. He was so patient and told us that he had clients that had taken up to a year to offer on a house. I never once was led to feel pressured or guilty when we chose to not offer on any of the 3 homes that we would see in the same day (and we saw probably 20 or more homes in the span of 1 month). Once we found the house of our dreams he worked hard to help us make a quick offer and get our house on the market. Our home for sale was under contract in 1 week for 10k more than what we had expected. I would recommend Devin to everyone who is in the realty market. He is simply the best!

Devin was awesome in helping me and my family look for a home. We had just moved to Utah and I was recommended to him through a family member. He was very responsive to my texts or calls even during evening hours. He would give us multiple options and actually listen to what we were looking for in our home. Very patient as well I had him show us probably 15 to 20 homes in a bit over a month and he never once complained or pressured us into settling for something we didn't want.
