So short story long, this was our combined 5th house purchase and 4th house sale, he was our agent for our sale and the purchase. He was fantastic to work with, for the selling side he gave us his notes of what we should do before pictures and the pictures he got were amazing. We were listed for I believe 2 or 3 days before we had an offer and then a back up offer. On the buying side he worked so well with our hectic schedules and toddlers to ensure we saw what we wanted and had a good network that ultimately got us in the house we bought. As far as I've seen in my home buying and selling Devin is as good as it gets!
