Working with Devere was great. I sent her dozens of homes to get thoughts on, and when I was finally ready to move on one she was there! She had also just had a baby and was still there for everything! She was at every walkthrough, closing, signing, making sure paperwork was all done on time. Helping me to understand different parts of my purchase, and also deal with the builder to make sure certain repairs had been done before I closed on the new build. I look forward to using her expertise again when I end up buying another property too. I've known Devere for years and seen her work with other buyers on negotiating terms on older properties, and work with many 1st time home buyers to make sure they are aware of all the flaws on a property to make sure they are negotiating a fair price considering any potential repairs/renovations that need to be done. Again, I'm super excited about this purchase from about 6/months ago, and excited for the next purchase too!

I realized I hadn't left a review for Devere! I know a ton of real estate agents, especially working in Insurance like I do. Devere Wilkey is one of the best. There's no doubt about her sincerity, her care for detail, and the fact that she wants you to feel comfortable, and aware of what's happening in the process of buying a home. Many friends of mine have bought their first home, with Devere. People who didn't think they could ever buy a home, seeing it's possible! She works to help you see what you need to buy a home, make sure the price is right on the home you're buying, and fights to make sure the property is in good shape. She make sure documents are signed on time, she even showed up to walk through a property with me with a new born baby strapped to her chest!! IF THAT AINT DEDICATION, WHAT IS???? I think she was 5 days post childbirth? She dealt with very stressful conversations from me (I'm not always the easiest on people doing big jobs for me). And even answered random questions about properties I was looking at for over a YEAR before I finally moved on something.

Devere was SO AWESOME. Multiple times we had called her and she had appts that night for us to go see. She was always there for answering questions. Very knowledgeable. Wish we could buy more houses from her. 🙂 We would recommend her to anybody. She also stayed within our budget. We were the ones that asked to see higher priced ones.
