Working with Devan was an overall great experience. Prior to listing my house we discussed things to be done to the house to make sure it was ready for the market. When it was time to list he took the time to discuss the entire process in detail, helped us determine the best listing price, and answered countless questions from me as a first time seller. Throughout the sale process he kept me well informed and was readily accessible by phone or text. Of course the most significant indication of his level of real estate expertise was the fact that the entire process, from listing to closing day took only 37 DAYS! We look forward to working with him again in the future; he has definitely gained a repeat client.
