Best Realtor!

I have purchased two homes through Deter and I truly believe he is the best. With both homes there were multiple offers and Deter was a key reason we were chosen, AND we were offering under the asking price. Amazing! The first was a local realtor he knew well from his 40+ years as a realtor here. With the second home, the seller’s realtor was down the hill but they said one reason they chose us - even with a lower offer - was because of how well Deter communicated with them. I trust Deter completely and cannot recommend him highly enough!
