A friend recently sold his condo and recommended his Realtor Desmond to us. Desmond is very professional, proactive, energetic and kept us updated on the progress. He has successfully sold our previous townhouse with a price above our expectation. So we engaged him to sell this condo property and the sale went very smooth and quick and the communication was great as always. It has been very pleasant to work with Desmond and we really appreciate his professionality. Will definitely recommend Desmond.

Desmond made the selling process easy and enjoyable. He provided invaluable advice and kept me informed every step of the way. Highly recommend his services!

I was very satisfied working with Desmond Neoh, who successfully sold the property above the asking price!

I’ve moved for a few times but never have I ever worked with a real estate agent as professional as Desmond! With his help, my house was under contract within just 5 days of being listed on the market, and closing was done in 3 weeks. Desmond is very responsible, attentive, and patient with my needs and requests. He has always kept me in the loop and updated me throughout the entire process. He has also provided me with professional advice and helped me figure things out when I had questions or doubts.

Without Desmond, we would not have landed on this house. Thank you thank you thank you again !

The most unique thing about Desmond as an agent is himbeing very personable. He takes us through the whole selling process, sharing his own experience and making sure that we are comfortable throughout. He is very realistic and grounded with his advice and approach to real estate. Moreover, as our agent, he is willing to go the distance for us in making sure that we receive the offer that we are comfortable and happy with. Most importantly, Desmond spends the time to get to know us. At the end, we not only gained a trustworthy agent, but also a friend!

Desmond has been more than just an agent. He was informative, knowledgeable, and down to earth. Selling my house was stressful, but he did an excellent job and made it simple. It was over before you even knew it. Thank you again, Desmond.

We worked over 3 months with Desmond to find our ideal home and we found it we successfully bought it against 6 other offers. Desmond is patient and will work with you based on your needs. I totally recommend him

Thanks Desmond for guiding us through the painstaking home buying experience. Desmond is always available for home tour. He is there when you have a question, response time is impressive and always helpful with guidance.

We were first-time homebuyers and most of the time, we were confused and unsure about the process/next step. Desmond made the entire home-buying journey so easy and stress-free. He was always available to guide us through every step of the way and explain all the questions we had. Highly recommend!!

It was by chance that a friend told me about how satisfied she was of a young real estate agent who sold her lovely condo and later her son's townhouse. Little that I knew that a year later I was in search of a realtor myself. I interviewed with Desmond and decided only in a short time to offer him the listing of my condo. He organized swiftly to point out certain improvement that needed to be done and introduced me to a skillful contractor who set up a list at a reasonable price that I could afford. The project finished on time and the result was a superb renewal. We received an offer before the first open house and we had a total of three contract offers in that first weekend. We accepted a contract in the second week, choosing one out of a total of five. Desmond responses to questions and requests very quickly. He is experienced and thorough in handling the procedures. He is indeed very hard working, responsible and a well mannered young man. He has the nice quality of being very patient with his clients and possesses a great skill in understanding the real estate business. Like my friend, I am very satisfied in Desmond's performance in selling my condo. Its settlement went smoothly and uneventful. I am thankful for his help. Good luck, Desmond.
