This review is long overdue, but I highly recommend Desiree and her services. She helped my significant other and me purchase our first home at the end of May, and we couldn't be happier. What we really appreciated about Desiree was how honest and forthcoming with information throughout the home-buying and closing processes she was. Her insights made home-buying less intimidating for us. However, what stood out the most to us about Desiree was how she was willing to "go the extra mile" for us. She figured out the schedule and every time I changed my mind because a new property was just listed, she'd keep up with me. Can't recommend her enough. Especially if you're a first time buyer and you're in over your head. You want someone to look out for you and respond quickly to your concerns and I feel like she's done that.

My wife and I just bought our first home last week. Thankfully, the whole home buying experience was exceptional with Desiree at Edina Realty. She gave us honest advice without the pressure to buy beyond our means. We loved that she always printed and gave us hard copies of home listing materials. She was very professional and responsive (almost to a fault). I remember texting/emailing her after 11PM and just minutes later we'd hear back. As a first time home buyer and looking back now, I took a lot of her advice and am very happy that I did. I liked that she could and did allow us to sign documents electronically - super convenient.
