Desiree, was very accessible and would always return our phone calls when we left her a voice mail. Desiree was very knowledgeable about the real estate market in the basin area. Desiree always let us know when she showed people our home. She worked hard at selling our home. She did a terrific job for us and she sold our property in a very reasonable time frame. We would recommend Desiree to any one looking to buy or sell a home.

Desiree was so good at getting the homes we wanted to see all in order. When we wanted to see a home more than once she was happy to retrace our steps to see it again. The first time we looked at homes she was not upset with us when we decided that we couldn’t continue with the process at that time. She was quick to answer texts and always gave us all the time we needed. She didn’t miss a beat when we started looking again months later. She was able to answer our questions. She was knowledgeable about the whole process and very professional in the way she worked with us. We thoroughly enjoyed having her represent us on the purchase of our home. She always disclosed everything and didn’t keep anything to herself that she felt like we should know. Desiree was an incredible agent to work with. We sold our home, and bought another, both of which were VA loans. The VA can be very picky about what they will allow, so having an agent knowledgeable in that for purchasing is a must. Des didn't let us down; if she knew a home wouldn't qualify for VA, she wouldn't show it to us, and explained why. Des was also very flexible for us when it came to requesting showings. Oftentimes we had to do after 5pm or a weekend, since my husband works. She went above and beyond to help us get our house sold, and find the perfect new place. I'm sure we were difficult clients, but she always had a smile for us, and was very pleasant. Even while on vacation, she was very responsive to our messages, and keeping us in the loop with what was going on. She also had no problem helping me to pin people down when deadlines were coming up and we needed something done. I highly recommend her to everybody, but especially if you're using VA to purchase.
