I would like to first say that we were told by a different realtor that we would not qualify for our loan due to the fact that we had a shortsale 3 years and 9 months earlier. Now you have to wait 4 years after your shortsale to qualify.. I am also a veteran and was told that I couldnt use my VA loan because we were not yet married. Then we spoke to Desiree who said that she believed she could get us funding through her lender, Amerifirst. We ended up getting a joint VA loan, and my fiancee is not a veteran. Desiree showed us several homes and was available to show them whenever we needed. One thing that I really appriciated about Desirees service is that I completly felt that she was working for me, our best interests, that she really wanted us to get what we wanted. I have had realtors in the past and I never felt that way, I had felt that I was putting them out or they just wanted me to buy something so they could get paid, not Desiree! I write this with full confidence, if I ever need to buy again or know anyone that is in the market, I would stand by my recommendation. Thank you Desiree for making our experience a good one:)
