We used Desie and her daughter/partner Vanessa to buy and sell our first house. Buying and selling a home is extremely stressful and confusing, with so many issues and traps. Desie knows her stuff and navigates through the process as a skilled expert. She is also available at nearly any second of the day when you need her. Desie guided us through the selling process to make prudent choices, but she also maintains professionalism and diplomacy. We were selling our first home where we started our family, and that can be emotional. The last thing you want is a bad parting memory. Our recent experience with selling was made worse with a less-than-ideal buyer and buyer's agent, not to mention the new Virginia contracts. In the end, we consciously decided to be kind even though we were so stressed and tired of the whole process. Saying goodbye to our home on our own terms was immeasurably important, and Desie played a huge part in that. If you are looking for an agent, Desie is a great choice.
