Desi Custer is great to work with. She guided us through the whole process of selling our property, answered all of our questions, & worked very hard to sell our property quickly.

We used Desie and her daughter/partner Vanessa to buy and sell our first house. Buying and selling a home is extremely stressful and confusing, with so many issues and traps. Desie knows her stuff and navigates through the process as a skilled expert. She is also available at nearly any second of the day when you need her. Desie guided us through the selling process to make prudent choices, but she also maintains professionalism and diplomacy. We were selling our first home where we started our family, and that can be emotional. The last thing you want is a bad parting memory. Our recent experience with selling was made worse with a less-than-ideal buyer and buyer's agent, not to mention the new Virginia contracts. In the end, we consciously decided to be kind even though we were so stressed and tired of the whole process. Saying goodbye to our home on our own terms was immeasurably important, and Desie played a huge part in that. If you are looking for an agent, Desie is a great choice. She's certainly a lady who gets it done.

Desie has helped us to orient to Roanoke, purchase several homes and has been very informative. She is easy to work with, great with communication and a great resource for area service providers. We feel like we found a gem.

I would definitely give Desie 5 stars!!! She goes the extra mile to get the job done! We had a realtor before her that we were very disappointed in. When Desie got the listing, our house sold within 6 months. She even researched the closing costs and saved us $75! She helped us with legalities when we sold our farm to our son. She helped us find another home. She also has helped us in the past. She is so prompt in her replies. She does what she says. She is very knowledgeable about the business. She is one of the most dedicated caring people I have ever met. She has a gift to make every house a HOME! I can't say enough good things about her!!!
