Living in New Jersey and trying to purchase property in Park City presents logistical challenges. It started when I did a google search for Park City Utah properties, saw a house I liked and it was an ad listed by Derrik. He contacted me by email, I told him what I was looking for and that I'd be in Park City 6 months from then to look at properties. During that six months he sent me a number of houses that fit my criteria and when we arrived we met him, liked him immediately and started looking at houses. It took us three more trips to find the perfect house, but find the perfect house we did! Derrik is friendly, patent, funny and knows Park City real estate. It was a fun, easy, delightful experience.
