I'd recommend him to anyone in the greater Lexington KY area, as he really has his finger on the pulse of the local real estate scene. With far more demand than house inventory in the past few months, we felt especially blessed to have DJ on our team. He was able to show us a house which had just minutes before come on the market, and our offer was accepted later that day. DJ works hard for his clients and he's just a super guy in general.

DJ and his team were fantastic to work with! They were incredibly responsive to each request I had, were incredibly patient as my home-buying journey stretched out to nearly a year due to some tax delays, helped me with showings and eventual negotiations even well outside of normal business hours, and much more. Basically, they did a lot more than I was expecting. I can't recommend them enough - if you need a real estate agent, this team is ace.

D.J. Is very professional. He was very understanding when I told him I’m getting a divorce. He worked out ways so we could handle the sale without having my ex- husband in the same room as I during closing. He was on top of everything. He is a go- getter with great enthusiasm and energy and that’s what I was looking for in a realtor. I appreciate his help through the process. He is also helping me buy my new home.
