Derrick Deans is the best real estate agent we have ever worked with. He deserves 5 stars+.
My husband an I have worked with many real estate agents over the years and Derrick Deans is the best of the best. His outstanding professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond to assist us in the sale of our home was tremendous. He not only acted as our sales agent but also our construction manager for work being done on the house. He followed through with all the subcontractors to ensure the house passed inspections. With us being out of town Derrick ensured the sale of our home went smoothly. We owe him a debt of gratitude. We cannot thank him enough.
