Derrick helped the reviewer buy this property

Great person doing an outstanding job for his clients

We tried looking by ourselves for awhile with no luck. And after meeting Derrick, his help to us was priceless. He was able to get us into some houses that we had found but in the end he actually found the house that we ended up purchasing. He took care of everything from paperwork to legal documents to inspections and more. It was a great experience working with him and I would highly recommend him to anyone and if we decided to purchase or work something in real estate I would definitely use him again.
