From the very beginning of the process from me buying a new home to selling my previous home, Derrick Brown worked confidently and assured me the process would go smoothly and I would achieve my goals. Buying and selling homes in real estate can be testing, Derrick exceeded my expectations and I don't think I could have had a better agent nowhere in the United States or the world. Good going Derrick!

Derrick’s knowledge and experience in the real estate market is impressive. He works very hard to make sure the client understands what to expect during the entire selling and closing process. We came to Derrick to sell our first home which sold at a price and within a time period he expected it would. When we decided to sell our home on Victoria Road we didn’t hesitate to call Derrick because we trusted him and knew he would handle everything professionally and address any concerns we had. Selling your home is stressful and having a realtor like Derrick makes it so much easier.

Derrick is patient and he explains everything to you. He comes out early to your schedule. He’s good and very professional. He knows what he’s doing. I recommend him to everyone I know who is buying a home

Derrick was great person to work with he made sure everything went smooth he made sure I was good with the house I wanted to buy

Derrick Brown has been in the Real Estate industry for decades and it shows. When you are either buying or selling a home/condo (which i did), he is definitely the agent to go to. His knowledge and expertise surpass all expectations. He communicates on an ongoing basis as if you are the only priority and this is a comforting feeling. He indicates any issues and how they can be solved, taking the lead if necessary. I highly recommend Derrick Brown for any real estate needs. Excellent Service!!!!

Derrick Brown has been a realtor for many decades and has evolved with all the changes in the real estate field over time (i.e. technology, social media, etc). He continues to be professional and is committed in his endeavors to ensure satisfaction with his services as a realtor.

Since I notified Derrick I was interested in moving, he reacted by allowing me time to get into the buying and moving mode. He assisted me in finding my new home but during the search there were many disappointments which he helped me through by explaining sometimes the home you pick, gets purchased before you have a chance to bid on it. Derrick helped me through the entire process until I was able to buy my home. Thanks Derrick
