My experience with Derick was highly enjoyable. It was also my first time purchasing a property. During our first meeting he clearly outlined the steps int he process, listened to my expectations and limitations, and was patient through the entire purchasing process. I'm glad to say that I am writing this review from my desk in my new condo.
