Derick is extremely responsive. We had to make a quick decision and he was a straight shooter with us which is our style and we appreciate. We had many follow up questions at all times of the day and night involving contractors and deadlines and Derick responded pretty much immediately to all. He coordinated a carpet contractor so we could have this done before all the furniture was moved & helped us after the move with a small contracting job we needed fixed. I would highly recommend Derick!

Market experience is so important! Derick knows his stuff. He was never confused or surprised by any curveballs the seller was trying to throw. Derick is very responsive, even when my questions were ignorant or when I had my doubts about the entire process. He was respectful of my price requirements and never pushed in any way for me to pay more to make the sale. Negotiation skills - bottom line, if it wasn't for Derick, I would not have been able to buy the house I really wanted and would have had to settle for something else. If you are looking for a realtor you can trust to have your best interest in mind, Derick is your man. I highly recommend him.
