I met Stephanie through a referral by my mortgage broker Leonard Moniz and immediately from talking with her on the phone loved her enthusiasm and willingness to answer my first time homebuyer questions! I am a single woman that had a budget and an area in mind and immediately Stephanie set me up with the tools to look for what I wanted while also helping me find my dream place through making the appointments for showings and reaching out in such a timely manner. I work a different schedule than most and Stephanie was always willing to answer my texts or calls promptly and helping me with my random questions. Where do I even begin to explain how amazing Derick and Stephanie are as our real estate agents. Derick is quick to respond to questions, concerns and requests - he was willing to show us numerous houses (even one that was an hour away in the middle on no-where because we thought we might like to live in the "country") and he was always on top of providing listings to us that matched our list of needs and wants. Always quick to offer support and answers, we always felt as if he really cared to find our perfect home. I have heard horror stories from friends and even my husband's own sister, that some real estate agents don't respond timely, don't offer help or just don't care - but the total opposite is true of Derick and Stephanie.
