"Derek went above and beyond expectations. Everything that could go wrong, did. But together we persevered and made it to the final sale. He is low keyed, doesn’t pressure , and keeps you informed about everything. We were very fortunate to have him as our agent. He’s a keeper. Excellent agent and all around nice guy."
Great buying experience! We felt very well taking care of! Derek Williams is trust worthy, I always felt he was watching out for my best interest. He’s very informative and knowledgeable about business in general. We really didn’t worry about anything, we felt like Derek had it all covered.
He is one of the best friends/professionals we have ever worked with. He is vigilant and professional! Look forward to using his services again. Great young man I have already suggested this friend (Derrick) to several people
awesome person to do business with. Derek will be my only agent from now on. Excellent job!
Derek was perfect for us. We live 3 hours away and he was always keeping us updated and doing video calls so we could see different properites!
Derek did an excellent job and went ‘above and beyond’ what other agents have done for me in the past. Always helpful and always offering to handle tasks, like phone calls for additional information, that other agents have not done. If I need an agent again, it will be Derek.
Derek has 69 properties for sale and sold 6 properties in the last 12 months, showing 4, sorted by most recent activity
