Derek was very hands on and all in. He was knowledgeable and honest; if there was something he was not sure about, it wasn't just I don't know or some answer he just threw out there just to bypass the situation. He tells you he doesn't followed by but I will get the sheer for you. If I ever have a need to purchase another home or know someone looking, I will most certainly turn to Derek.
