We can't thank Derek Sivley enough for his efforts in helping us find a house. We were CA buyers trying to decide between AZ or CO and Derek, without hesitation, gave us 100% effort during four different trips from San Diego over a period of six months, fully aware that we could end buying a house in another state. He was authentically unconcerned that he could spend many days on our behalf and not get the sale. With us being out-of-town buyers, he handled additional details surrounding and after the close before we even arrived to facilitate getting the house ready for move-in.
