Great Communicator!
Every time we had a question, Derek, and his team, were there for us! We know he negotiated the best deal for us, while keeping everyone in the loop on how things were going to progress, right up until the closing date. When I was in grade school, you could earn as many stars as your efforts would grant. It's a shame we are only able to leave 5-Star reviews in this era. Derek would have earned many more!
