Derek helped us negotiate a good price on our home while also getting some money back at closing. He was very laid back and make the process fun. He also put up with our crap when we changed our mind on a house and didn’t make us feel like we were a pain in the butt lol.

Derek was an excellent agent to work with. He not only kept us in the loop constantly and consistently, but he went above and beyond to help us get our house sold. Derek took care of things for the house that we physically couldn't take care of in person due to us moving out of state. From beginning to end, Derek explained contracts, documents and all other paperwork thoroughly and answered any and all questions we had, making it a smooth and easy process. We couldn't be more grateful for an agent like Derek. We highly recommend!

Derek responded promptly to my request about touring this property. He set up the showing the same day. That made this deal possible
