Derek was very instrumental in helping me buy a home that I really like. He is very straightforward, available to answer all questions, diligent, professional, and easy to work with. When I relocated from a different state, he helped me find a convenient rental as he continued to assist in searching for a place to buy. If I was to do this again I would still use his services. I was VERY satisfied him being my agent!

Before putting an offer in to our home, Derek asked me “Do you love this home”; it was only when we said yes did he tell us he would be moving forward. Derek’s calm disposition and knowledge base about the home buying process was one that made entering into home ownership as stress free as possible, we will be forever grateful for it! :)
