Derek was the next best thing to my mom's Apple pie lol. There is not enough I can say about Derek, Derek work with my wife and I for over 2 years to help us get the home we wanted, a 3 beds 3 bath new Construction condo. Its hard to find a realtor who is caring honest and trustworthy.. Alot of realtors wouldn't have work with a person that long and would've try to rush you to get something you really dont like. Derek has great patience and showed us everything we needed to do to get what we wanted. Thanks Derek for everything you did for my wife and i. Derek was extremely helpful and very accommodating to meet my hectic schedule. He was always on time and called or texted if he saw a property he thought I would like. Derek went above and beyond my expectations. Considering he is not the first realtor I have dealt with Derek is the most kind, knowledgable and helpful realtor by far! My family and I truly are grateful to have found someone who cared about our best interest at heart and not simply out to make a sale. Thanks Derek.
