Derek helped me navigate the purchase of a bank-owned townhouse, through an online auction, near downtown West Palm Beach. I believe he's been a resident of Palm Beach county for a long time, and it shows...he has a terrific knowledge of local neighborhoods, restaurants, golf courses, etc. He returned my calls in a timely manner, and made sure my all of my concerns addressed. I would definitely recommend him to a friend/family member. Only gave 3 stars for negotiation because it really didn't apply to my situation. I was bidding against others online.
