I cannot say enough about the excellence of Derek's work on the sale of our home. He answered every question before we knew to ask. When problems arose (and many did), he often solved them behind the scenes before we even knew there was a problem. We had some large obstacles in the sale of this house due to unknown dry rot issues that were severe and other large repairs that were needed. Derek always had an army of people in the industry (contractors, A/C repairmen, roof repairmen, etc.) who would drop everything to help us because of the respect they had for Derek. These individuals were of the highest integrity, did great work and did so at a very fair price. On top of all of this, when things seemed bleak, and I was discouraged, Derek reassured me that we would sell the house and that the right buyer was out there. He was right, and we are so grateful! Derek Kirk is a man of great integrity and endless positivity. He responds immediately...even when you ask him ridiculous amounts of questions. He knows so much about the industry and was helpful on our out-of-state purchase even though he was not benefiting from that sale. In his tireless drive to sell our home, he was always honest trustworthy.

Derek was knowledgeable of our area a d got us the best deal we could have possibly got. He did a amazing job. Our home had to be sold with conventional loan and Derek knew exactly how to get our home out there to get us sold.

Derek was outstanding! He worked with us for over a year to find our dream home! Our situation was a little different as I worked down in LA and my wife was at home. If I wasn’t in town, Derek would meet my wife ,pick her up, as she doesn’t drive much and gets lost easily and would take her and show her homes. We saw a lot of homes but Derek was always patient and understanding with us. He was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. He sold our previous home, helped us buy our new home and now is selling a 2nd home of ours. I would HIGHLY recommend Derek to ANYONE looking to buyer or sell a home.
