At a time when properties were off the market as quickly as they popped up, Derek worked hard to set up showings for us. I never once sensed any frustration from him as my husband and I took up more of his time then we should have. Derek was always kind, helpful, and pleasant through the entire process, before and after the sale. He even followed up with us after his work was done ensuring that we were enjoying the property that we purchased. I would definitely recommend Derek.
