Derek has a gift to make house buying and selling enjoyable! He was extremely attentive to what attributes we desired in our new home and did not waste our time showing marginal houses. Derek answered all our questions in a timely manner. Having moved from NY, Derek recommended honest, knowledgeable and well educated in their fields for a local mortgage broker and home inspector.
